Sweet and ready for summer!Beautiful ruffled little mini dress by Parker has a halter top, and fun flounces everywhere!Great for showing off tanned skin, sexy shoulders, and long legs beneath!   A very flattering silhouette.Wonderful for graduations, garden parties, beach-- or all of your warm-weather get-togethers!Pair it with a strappy, pop-of-color heel, or make it casual with a simple flat.Dress is in lovely condition, gently worn.  There is a tiny blue pen mark under one of the ruffles towards the bottom front that is barely visible in photos, and may be able to be removed with more attention by a professional.  At any rate, it is not visible unless you are looking for it.Originally $300 from Saks Fifth Avenue in Philadelphia.
