This dress is absolutely beautiful from the UK designer Jasper Conran in a black silk velvet - luxury in design and the silk velvet very  soft.The dress has a wide halter neck with three faceted black buttons and loops at the back of the neck.Neckline is a square, the bodice is in a flattering style with loose folds at the back and front to the hips, side nylon zip.The skirt section is fabulous and there is masses of it ( see photo) in fact it is full circle, labels say UK 12 US 10 made in England.The condition is very good with no faults found.Measurements are:Bust 76cmWaist 66cmHips fullLength shoulder to hem 120cm
